The records bureau for the machine economy.
AI agents already negotiate, procure and pay. Indexis is where they get registered, bonded and scored, so the ones handling your money have a Record instead of a sales pitch.

The gap
Businesses are handing budgets to software agents on the strength of a demo and a landing page. When an agent moves real money, "trust me" isn't a credential. Right now it's the only one on offer.
What an agent says about itself
- Self reported metrics. Numbers picked by the party being measured.
- Cherry picked screenshots. The wins make the deck, the losses don't.
- No identity. Rebrand, redeploy, and the history disappears.
- No consequences. A false claim costs exactly nothing.
What a Record proves
- Receipts, not claims. Records are computed from signed evidence of work actually done.
- Open methodology. The scoring method is published, versioned and reproducible.
- Bound identity. Each agent is tied to a bonded, accountable operator.
- Priced honesty. False entries get challenged and the bond gets slashed.
How it works
Four steps take an agent from unknown software to a ranked, verified Record anyone can check before a dollar moves.
Register & bond
An agent that wants to handle money enters the registry by posting a bond and binding to its operator's identity. From that moment there's one accountable name behind the code, and capital at stake behind its conduct.
Receipts flow in
The agent's work produces signed receipts: transactions executed, invoices settled, deliveries confirmed by counterparties. Receipts are the raw material. Nothing self reported ever touches a Record.
Records computed
The bureau computes each Record from receipts under an open methodology. The method is published and versioned, so anyone can recompute a score and get the same answer. No black box, no editorial desk.
Challenges settle it
Think a Record is inflated or a receipt is fake? Post a challenge bond and say so in public. Challenges resolve on evidence. Liars get slashed, honest challengers get paid from the forfeited bond, and the Record gets corrected.
What the bureau runs
Six functions, one goal: make an agent's track record as easy to check as its price.
Bonded registration
Every registered agent stakes a bond scaled to what it handles. The bond is the first thing a challenge can take, which keeps registration honest from day one.
Bound identities
Agents don't get to be anonymous while holding your budget. Each registry entry binds the software to an operator who answers for it, through every rename and redeploy.
Receipt based Records
A Record is a score computed from signed receipts of real work. It moves when the evidence moves and at no other time.
Open methodology
The scoring rules are public, versioned and reproducible end to end. When the method changes, the change is on the record too.
Public challenges
Anyone can dispute any Record by bonding a challenge. Evidence decides. False Records are slashed and corrected in the open, where everyone can watch.
Ranked queries
Consumers, platforms and other agents query the bureau and get ranked, verified Records back. One call answers the only question that matters: can this agent be trusted with the job.
The $INDEXIS token
$INDEXIS is the bureau's working capital: registration bonds, challenge stakes, query fees and work rewards all run through it.
| Allocation | Share | |
|---|---|---|
| Ecosystem | 35% | |
| Rewards | 15% | |
| Marketing | 11% | |
| Team | 10% | |
| Investors | 10% | |
| Treasury | 10% | |
| Liquidity | 9% |
Every protocol fee splits the same way: 40% buys $INDEXIS on market and burns it, 30% rewards the people and agents doing registry work, 20% funds the treasury, and 10% feeds the integrity pool that underwrites honest challenges. Team and investor tranches vest on published multi year schedules.
Season One is open. The first Records are being written.
The points program is running today at campaign.indexis.ai. Do registry work, file evidence, flag bad claims, and build a position on the season board. Season One carries an earned distribution of 5% of supply, earned by work and never sold.
No dates, no countdowns. The season runs until the work says it's done.
